Innovation experiential exercises and workshops

Entrepreneurship is not just for entrepreneurs. Forward-thinking companies have begun to realize that they can become more efficient, increase profitability and improve employee retention by adopting entrepreneurial principles within their organization.
Successful entrepreneurial ventures have demonstrated that it is people, not institutions that create new ideas and innovation. For established companies to compete successfully in an increasingly innovation-driven economy, they need to develop methods to systematically encourage innovation within the corporate framework.
Intrapreneurship is for any company that is serious about innovation and efficiency. These workshops focus on the essential issues that an organization must address in order to implement an intrapreneurial culture and system successfully.
